By Mba Ude Ude
The Director, Enugu Study Centre, National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN), Prof. Charity Akuadi Okonkwo, has stated that the institution upholds a high-standard of zero tolerance for examination malpractice.
Represented by the Centre’s Principal Assistant Registrar (PAR), Mr. Mathew Egede, Okonkwo disclosed this on Thursday, April 30, 2026, while addressing students during the 2026_1 examination briefing at the centre in Enugu State.
She urged students to take their studies seriously, noting that success comes through hard work and discipline.
The director added that the Tutor -Marked Assignment (TMA) is part of examination preparation and hence, students should complete it themselves and avoid contracting it to third parties.
Okonkwo implored students to carefully read the instructions on the back of their exam booklets and strictly adhere to the rules and regulations guiding the administration and conduct of the examination.
