Musa Saleh Joji Laid to Rest in Gashua
‎
‎The remains of Musa Saleh Joji have been laid to rest in Gashua following his passing, amid an outpouring of grief from members of the Federal University Gashua community and beyond.
‎
‎Funeral prayers for the deceased were held on Tuesday at the FUGA Central Mosque, where family members, friends, colleagues, and sympathisers gathered in large numbers to pay their final respects.
‎
‎Following the prayers, his remains were taken to the Garin Lamido New Cemetery in Gashua, where he was buried in accordance with Islamic rites.
‎
‎The Vice-Chancellor, Professor Yaqub Ahmed Geidam, described the late Musa Saleh Joji as a dedicated staff member, a hardworking and honest man whose commitment and service to the University would be greatly missed.
‎
‎He said the deceased would be remembered for his dedication, humility, and unwavering service, leaving behind a legacy that will continue to be cherished by all who knew him.
‎
‎May Almighty Allah forgive his shortcomings and grant him Aljannatul Firdaus. Amin.

Today, my heart is filled with deep sorrow and grief after receiving the heartbreaking news of the passing of my dear friend and fellow student at Federal University Gashua (FUGA), ABBA TIJJANI BURAJI (Professor).
Death is an undeniable reality that no one can escape. We had hoped to continue our journey together, but Allah's decree is above all human plans. You have left us with beautiful memories, kindness, a warm smile, and a noble character that we will never forget.
O Allah, forgive ABBA TIJJANI BURAJI, make his grave a garden from Paradise, fill it with light, protect him from the punishment of the grave, envelop him in Your infinite mercy, and grant him Al-Jannatul Firdaus without reckoning.
May Allah grant his family, relatives, friends, and all of us the strength and patience to bear this great loss.
