Position Overview of a school admin:
The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the school’s administrative functions. This individual will be the first point of contact for students, parents, and staff, and will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that support the school's daily operations.

Key Responsibilities of an administrative officer:
- Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, manage emails, and handle correspondence
- Maintain and update student records, databases, and school documentation.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage the school calendar.
- Assist with the organization and coordination of school events and activities.
- Prepare and distribute communications such as newsletters, reports, and memos.
- Manage office supplies and ensure the office is organized and well-maintained
- Support teachers and staff with administrative tasks as needed.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
