**ADMISSION PROCESS**

1. Obtain the UIME Registration Form at (crawforduniversityportal.com/application.php](http:// crawforduniversityportal.com/application.php)

2. Fill and print the form.

3. Attach:

- O'Leved results

- One passport photo

2024 JAMB result

Birth certificate

Change of Institution to Crawford University form (if applicable)

**Submit the form at the University for an interview and potential immediate admission.**

Minimum JAMB score: 140

Age requirement: 16+

Registration fee: ₩2,000.00
