A CHANGE OF GOVERNMENT.
Great Nalissites, we appreciate your turning out to vote today after the Manifesto was completed yesterday.You have elected them into office based on your personal preferences, and we hope that they perform as expected, establish a solid bond that cannot be broken, and give selflessly to all Nalissites and your academic development during your time in school. We hope that the Naliss Community will not face dictatorship leadership in the department.
To the newly elected NALISS executives: Your leadership style will determine whether or not Nalissites are willing to follow you. We thank God for the new season that has brought us the first female president of the Library and Information Science Department since the department's founding, and we extend our congratulations. We sincerely hope that you will support everyone, respect people's interests, and dispel any harmful notions that have entered people's minds.

👬👬 Great NALISSITES at this era we are in we need God Intervention to get all we need achieved with this *short timeline*. Federal Government and ASUU has only brought delay and despair to our academics but they can't deny us of it and make us miserable that why the press came up with this write up to celebrate and give accolade to those who has found one positive and lucrative thing or the other to engage with,the press is delighted with that single act of responsibility and giving our leaders a great shame that we are not lazy and misfortune as they wanted it.. it's a great Move and God is happy with it and for those that haven't we implore you to get yourself in something as an idle man will always work out idle things which will always end at paucity and also procure Evil and immoral acts..
Engage in something of good report in other to make open show disgrace on forces that says nothing good can come out from us..
Moreso ...we bring this to your notice that *_As we are conscious of working and keeping our hands on Motion let's keep our brains and mind on Motion as well_* to engender great outcome of greatness..

Great NALISSITES,

This is to inform everyone that the Naliss press club is a sister press under the Independent Press Council (IPC).

The NALISS PRESIDENT Comrade, Adegunle Raphael Tobi sent a memo out today that the press has been dissolved and it is coming back better and stronger.

In the history of the press club, no president has the right to dissolve an association that he didn't established.

The president is hereby advised to withdraw his assertion immediately as it is not in the interest of NALISSITES.

CLASS'21

As part of appreciation for a well spent academic Years of LIBRARY AND INFORMATION SCIENCE CLASS '21 set. Set of printers were been donated to the department to fit into the offices of each Lecturers in the department in order to ease the stress of joint printing and enable convenience in printing. The Lecturers congratulated the 400l students and prayed for them. The departmental President in the person of Comrade Nasirudeen Sulikifli Alani was given an Award by the Lecturers for a job well done and they also encouraged the upcoming sets to do better than CLASS'21.

Also, a multipurpose printer was donated to the department, this is to the opening of NALISS CAFE.
NALISS CAFE will offer services to NALISSITES at a discount price.
First 50 students to print their exam pass and course form today in NALISS MINI CAFE will be doing it for free

FROM THE NALISS PRESIDENT:

Glory be to God in the highest, the beginning and the end, the alpha and omega, the author and the finisher, the cataloguer of our life, the ominipotent, ominiscience, may all his names be glorified; we return all the glory back to him.

Naliss Social Day/ Comissioning of Hut was a success, we planned the day and God crowned our efforts, we return all the glory back to him once again.

We appreciate the advices and words of encouragement from our distinguished lecturers starting from the Head of the department, Dr. (Mrs.) A. Awodoyin, Dr. T.M. Salisu, Prof. Niran Adetoro, Dr. Simisaye, Dr. Osisanwo, Dr. Okiki, Mrs. Adeyeoye and Mrs. Afolabu, we really appreciate you and pray that God will reward you abundantly.

Thanks to all the SUG representatives, right from the President of the Union, Comr. Rabiu Sodiq to all the Parliamentarians, we appreciate your physical apprearances to grace the Day, may God bless you richly. Back to our college, we appreciate the physical appearance of the President, the president of mother of all colleges, Comr. Oloyede Matthew, the Vice President, the Speaker and other excos and college parliamentarians.

Teamwork is the ability to work together toward a common vision, the ability to direct individual accomplishments toward organizational objectives. It is the fuel that allows common people to attain uncommon results. Find a group of people who challenge and inspire you, spend a lot of time with them, and it will change your life.

Dear Nalissites, coming together is a beginning, staying together is progress, and working together is success. Thank you all for your contributions toward the success of Naliss Day, may God uphold and be with all of you. You are my real MVPs.

🔆NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF LIBRARY AND INFORMATION SCIENCE STUDENTS (NALISS, TASUED CHAPTER)🔆

EXERCISE IS MEDICINE
Nalissites came out in mass to attend this program that was organized by Team Emendation as they performed the exercise for physical body fitness. The exercise started at exactly 7:50am and ended by 9:15am.
It has been said by the Naliss President that this is the first phase of the exercise so Nalissites should prepare for the next to come for HEALTH IS WEALTH

IMPORTANT UPDATE
NALISS TEAM EMENDATION regime 20/21 led by Nasirudeen Sulikfili Alani, has embarked on their project for their regime which is building a hut that will be located in front of Library and Information Science Department. The materials for this exercise started arriving on Monday, 6th of September, 2021 and the construction of the hut commenced on Thursday, 9th of September, 2021.
The project is in progress........

The Naliss President, few members of the Emendation Team and Naliss Press Club (NPC), are supporting this ongoing exercise.

REPORT ON EXAM MISCONDUCT

This is to bring to the hearings of all Students that, Wearing an iWatch to the examination hall is now prohibited.
This prompts that having an iWatch on you during exams is now equivalent to taking a phone into the examination hall. We all should know that this is examination misconduct from henceforth.

All TASUEDites are kindly implored to desist from this act as strict punishments follow.
