πŸ’‘ _Do you know you're taller in the morning than at night?_ πŸ€”

πŸ“ŒThis is due to postural mechanical compression that takes place through the day, the intervertebral discs are little flattened at the end of each day, leading to reduction in your height by few centimeters at night when compared to the same on waking up in the morning.😁
