NOTICE TO ALL FRESH AND RETURNING PART-TIME DEGREE STUDENTS

COMMENCEMENT OF REGISTRATION FOR THE 2026/2027 ACADEMIC SESSION

The School of Preliminary and Continuing Education (SPACE), Sule Lamido University, Kafin Hausa, is pleased to inform all fresh and returning Part-Time Degree students that the SPACE Registration Portal is now live and fully operational for the 2026/2027 Academic Session.

Students are hereby advised to commence their registration immediately. The registration portal will remain open for a period of two (2) weeks from the date of this announcement, after which normal registration will close and any subsequent registration may attract the prescribed Late Registration Fee.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE FOR THE 2026/2027 ACADEMIC SESSION

Step 1: Login to the Portal

Fresh Students:

- Authenticate using your application details before creating your account.

Returning Students:

- Login using your existing Registration Number and password.

Step 2: Update Your Profile

- Upload a recent passport photograph with a plain background.
- Upload your signature.
- Verify and update all personal information.
- Save all changes before proceeding.

Step 3: Pay Your Fees Sequentially

All fees must be paid in the prescribed order. Payment of each fee unlocks the next stage.

Fresh Students

1. Prospectus Fee
2. TSHIP Fee
3. Other Charges
4. ICT Fee
5. Medical Fee
6. School Fees

Returning Students

1. TSHIP Fee
2. Other Charges
3. ICT Fee
4. School Fees

Payments should be made through Remita either online or at any commercial bank. Students are advised to keep all payment receipts safely.

Step 4: Obtain Your Registration Number

- A Registration Number will be generated automatically after the first successful fee payment.
- Fresh students will receive a new Registration Number.
- Returning students will retain their existing Registration Numbers.

Step 5: Generate Your Student Identity Card

To generate your ID Card, ensure that:

- Your Registration Number has been generated;
- Your passport photograph has been uploaded; and
- At least one payment has been successfully confirmed.

Download and print your ID Card for official use.

Step 6: Medical Examination

- Download the Medical Examination Form from the portal.
- Visit an approved hospital for the required medical examination.
- Submit the completed form as directed.

Step 7: Register Your Courses

- Select approved courses for your programme.
- Verify your credit units.
- Submit your course registration.
- Download and print your Course Registration Form (CRF).

Step 8: NELFUND Application (Where Applicable)

Eligible students should:

- Access the NELFUND section of the portal.
- Complete the required information.
- Monitor their application status regularly.

Step 9: Late Registration

Students who fail to complete registration within the approved two-week registration period will be required to pay the prescribed Late Registration Fee before continuing with the registration process.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

- Complete your profile before making any payment.
- Pay all fees strictly in the prescribed sequence.
- Keep all payment receipts safely.
- Print and keep copies of your ID Card and Course Registration Form (CRF).

TEMPORARY MAINTENANCE AND UPGRADE OF THE SPACE REGISTRATION PORTAL

The School of Preliminary and Continuing Education (SPACE), Sule Lamido University, Kafin Hausa, wishes to inform all admitted students, returning studentsc that the School is currently carrying out routine maintenance and system upgrades on its Registration Portal.

The exercise is aimed at enhancing the efficiency, security, and overall user experience of the portals in preparation for the commencement of registration for the 2026/2027 Academic Session.

The School wishes to assure all concerned stakeholders that the maintenance and upgrade exercise is nearing completion. Consequently, the portals will be reopened shortly, and registration activities will commence immediately thereafter.
