A KEY TO SUCCESS
I want you to share with you what I noticed about 3 successful and well respected Nigerians.
Their names are; *Dr Akinwunmi Adesina* (8th president of the African development bank) and *Dr Ngozi Okonjo-Iwela* (7th director of the world trade organization)
And
One thing I realized is that *they had an international education in a very good country.*
Dr Akinwunmi Adesina had is undergrad in Nigeria and moved to US for his M.Sc and PhD
While
Dr Ngozi Okonjo-Iwela did her undergrad in US
Then it dawned on me how important having an international education in a very good environment is, the kind of opportunities you're exposed to.
The peace of mind you'll get it, a better environment to raise your kids and prayer points like "God Make Nepa bring light by 10pm" won't be coming out of your mouth because there's always light.
I'm not even trying to convince you to study in Canada or to even get the Naija to Canada Japa System.
I'm simply showing you one of the essential components for success and it is "Being educated in the best environment possible".
Even if you're not interested, do it for your kids and watch them become very important people in the society, people that you'll be proud of.
People that will bring glory to your house old.
Dr Akinwunmi Adesina was born to a farmer in Oyo state, don't you think his parents are proud of him?
Dr Ngozi Okonjo-Iwela was born to a professor father, don't you think he's proud of her ?
It's a great honor to have people like this come from Nigeria and it's even greater honour to their family members.
Your story can be like theirs or even better, if only you make the decision to further your education in a better environment.
If both of them can get an international education in a high ranking country, why not you ?
