You're awake again with no plan. There you are, ready to waste another 24 irreversible hours of your life.
Don't you sit down and think that time is running out? Don't you think that it's getting late?
If you don't mind, I'm here to suggest a daily routine that I use everyday and I find it really helpful. It's called PREM and I saw it from a YouTuber called Dera's era.
PREM is simply an acronym for "Pray, Read, Exercise and Meditate".
Here's an explanation of how I go about it:
PRAY: regardless of your religion, you'll agree with me that prayer is an essential part of everyone's daily life. It's essential and it should be made mandatory as well. You should take an about 10 minutes prayer immediately after you wake up. it's a great start for the beautiful day you have ahead.
READ: either it's an article, a summary, a textbook, a past question, a bible or a write up depending on your current or aspiring field of study, just make sure you read for the minimum of 25-30 minutes. This routine is good as it helps good assimilation of information. Your brain as at this time is less stressed and full of capacity, it's the best time to pick up that book and show it who's the real boss.
EXERCISE: y'all will agree with me that an exercise in the morning is very essential for healthy living even if it's just jogging, push up, or just sit up. So this for another 10 minutes. It reduces sluggishness during your activities later in the day.
MEDITATE: This aspect of the routine should only take about 5-10 minutes.
It will help you with calmness and food memory consolidation and retention. Try to meditate on what you've just read, how it will help you, what you can make out of it amidst others.
This routine takes a maximum of 1 hour (60 minutes) and guess what, the effect lasts forever.
I'll advice you to use this routine, at first it might seem hard but with time, it becomes a part of you. It's TESTED AND TRUSTED!
