IRFAN CENTRE Nigeria condemns the recent attack in Ogbomosho of Oyo State, where students and staff members were abducted with one of the teachers reported to have been killed. This recent attack is strange and abominable in Southwest Nigeria. The Centre urges the State and Federal Government to intensify efforts in bringing back all the remaining victims alive. Additionally, adequate security measures should be put in place to prevent any attempted subsequent attack. May the family members and friends of the victim be consoled. No one should collaborate with such evil minded people in perpetrating their heinous agenda.

IRFAN CENTRE Nigeria commisserates with the Nigerian Military over the death of Brigadier General Oseni Braimah and other great fallen heroes of the Nigerian Army recently. The Centre urges the Nigerian government to intensify support for the Nigerian Military as the centre also extends its condolences to the families of these great heroes. The death of these great heroes is a colossal loss to the nation.
