Air Chief Orders Heavy Strikes On Terrorists Nationwide

The Chief of the Air Staff has issued a new powerful command. This time, it’s a clear message β€” no hiding place for terrorists anywhere in the country.

In a bold directive, Air Marshal Sunday Aneke, the Chief of the Air Staff, has ordered all air component commanders involved in ongoing military operations to intensify air strikes against terrorist groups across Nigeria.

Aneke made this known during a strategic meeting at the Nigerian Air Force Headquarters in Abuja. He emphasized the need for relentless pressure on terrorist hideouts, logistics routes, and training camps, especially in the North-East, North-West, and Middle Belt regions.

He also urged pilots and ground personnel to maintain professionalism while ensuring civilian safety during missions. According to him, the Air Force must demonstrate strength, discipline, and precision to restore lasting peace in the country.

The Muslims should not see this as a direct attack against them. Rather, it is a direct attack on the militant terrorist organization, and there should be no issues of anger pointed towards Christians simply because this is happening. Rather, there should be a general consensus and understanding between the citizens of Nigeria so that we all understand that there is a failure of leadership in the country, especially in the political and security leadership, to provide the necessary protection required for a peaceful and prosperous society.

U.S. Lawmaker Riley Moore Warns Tinubu: β€œDo Not Test President Trump” Over Killings of Christians in Nigeria

The U.S. Representative for West Virginia’s 2nd Congressional District, Riley Moore, has issued a stern warning to Nigerian President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, cautioning him not to β€œtest” the resolve of U.S. President Donald Trump amid growing tensions over alleged killings of Christians in Nigeria.

Moore’s remarks came in response to President Trump’s recent comments, in which the American leader condemned what he described as a β€œgenocide” targeting Christians in Nigeria and hinted at possible U.S. military intervention if the violence persists.

In a post shared on his official X (formerly Twitter) account, Moore called on President Tinubu and the Nigerian government to act decisively to end the reported violence, warning that the United States β€œwill not sit by and watch” Christians being slaughtered.

β€œTo the Government of Nigeria & : President Trump has provided forewarning if you do not correct the current state of inaction to stop the killing of our brothers and sisters in Christ in your country,” Moore wrote.

β€œThe days of the US looking the other way are over – it will never happen on ’ watch.

I urge you to cooperate with us in preventing this atrocity that worsens every day. We want your people to live in peace – all of them, especially Christians.

Since 2023, our administration has maintained an open and active engagement with Christian and Muslim leaders alike and continues to address security challenges which affect citizens across faiths and regions.

The characterisation of Nigeria as religiously intolerant does not reflect our national reality, nor does it take into consideration the consistent and sincere efforts of the government to safeguard freedom of religion and beliefs for all Nigerians.

Religious freedom and tolerance have been a core tenet of our collective identity and shall always remain so. Nigeria opposes religious persecution and does not encourage it.

Nigeria is a country with constitutional guarantees to protect citizens of all faiths.

Our administration is committed to working with the United States government and the international community to deepen understanding and cooperation on protection of communities of all faiths.
