1. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS/ ELIGIBILITY FOR SCHOOL OF AGRICULTURE AND RELATED DISCIPLINES:

Credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Biology/Agricultural Science, and any other two subjects from the following: Geography, Physics, Chemistry, Igbo Language, Economics, Home Economics, Animal Husbandry, at least a pass in Chemistry is Compulsory.
B. For the Department of Home and Rural Economics; A Credit pass in English Language, Mathematics, Home Economics/ Food and Nutrition, Biology/Agricultural Science, and one other subject from: Government, Business Methods, Economics/Commerce, Igbo Language.

A Credit pass in English Language, Mathematics, Economics/Business Methods/Commerce/Principles of Accounts/Accounting, and any other two (2) from the following: Literature in English, History/Government, Statistics, Geography, Office Practice/Secretarial Studies, Igbo Language, etc.

4. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS/ ELIGIBILITY FOR SCHOOL OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY:

*Department of Computer Science, A Credit Pass in; English Language, Mathematics, a basic science and two other subjects chosen from the following: Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Agricultural Science, Economics, Geography. A pass in Physics is compulsory.

*Department of Nutrition and Dietetics, A Credit pass in English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology/Agricultural Science/Health Science, and any one of the following: Food and Nutrition, Physics, Economics/Commerce, etc.

*Notice to all ANSPOLY STUDENTS ON RESUMPTION FOR 2020/2021 ACADEMIC SESSION*

*NOTICE OF RESUMPTION*

I am directed to inform *All Staff and Students of the Anambra State Polytechnic, Mgbakwu(ANSPOLY) that the Polytechnic will formally resume on Monday, 22nd February 2021, while lectures will commence on 1st March 2021.*

2. All students are to pay the designated school fees into the Polytechnic account through the Remita platform as follows:

i. School fees:
A. #56,500.00 for Freshers (New Students)

B. #47,000.00 for Returning Students (Old Students)

ii. Hostel fees: #15,000.00

*Note that All Fees Payment are to be made through Remita at any Commercial Bank.*

3. All students are adviced to *complete the registration exercise accordingly on or before Monday, 1st March, 2021, as the payment of late registration fee will be vigorously implemented.*

3. All students who wish to obtain allocation in the hostels must first complete their registration before the allocation.

Students are therefore adviced to pay up the necessary fees before returning to the Polytechnic to avoid any form of embarrassment

I am directed to inform All ANSPOLY Students that *the Resumption Date for Both Returning Students (ND II) and Freshers (Newly Admitted ND I Students) have been *scheduled for Monday, 15th February, 2021.*

Please Note:
1. *Returning Students(ND II) School Fees* is #47,000.00

*Freshers(Newly Admitted ND I) School Fees* is #56,500.00

All payments are made through *Remita Platform.*

The Anambra State Polytechnic (ANSPOLY), Mgbakwu hereby invites candidates who made ANSPOLY their first-choice institution in the 2020 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and scored 120 and above to *a screening exercise holding on Wednesday, 16th September 2020 at the Multi-purpose Hall of ANSPOLY.*

*Time for the screening is 10:00am.*

Candidates who did not make Anambra State Polytechnic, Mgbakwu their first choice of institution, but who scored the eligible cut-off mark of 120 can also apply on the condition that they visit JAMB website for a change of institution.

Qualified candidates should attend the screening with originals of their credentials.

*PROCEDURE FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION*

Eligible candidates are required to pay a processing fee of N2,000.00 (Two Thousand Naira only) through REMITA platform. Candidates are expected to generate RRR Number from Remita website and proceed to any commercial bank for payment. Thereafter, proceed with your Remita printout for online registration at the Polytechnics website, www.anspoly.edu.ng

*STEPS FOR COMPLETE REGISTRATION*

3. Fill in all fields with valid information and click on NEXT.

4. Login to the email that was used in the previous step.

*Public Announcement*

Following the Directive of the Anambra State Government for Phased Resumption of Academic Activities for Students and considering the fact that we have controllable population of students presently, all ANSPOLY Students are informed and directed to return to campus on Wednesday, 19/08/2020 for the completion of their 2019/2020 First Semester Academic Work and Examinations.

All Returning Students must observe all the Covid -19 Pandemic Protocols especially the wearing of face mask, social/physical distancing, use of sanitizer and constant washing of hands with liquid soap for at least 20secs, as well as ensure the use of the Covid-19 prevention materials provided by the Polytechnic.

*Please Note:*

1. Each student is advised and expected to return with at least three (3) face masks for personal use.

2. All students are advised and directed to present themselves for temperature checks and other checks at the entrance Gate and other check points.

3. All students living on campus are to report to the office of the Dean, Students Affairs before checking into their respective rooms.

4. Observance of all the COVID-19 Pandemic Protocols in/at all places in the Polytechnic is compulsory to all members of the ANSPOLY Communities including Staff and Students and as well to all visitors.
