💥 *How To Hit 5.0 GPA(First Class) In Your First Year(Part 1)* 💥
_(A MUST read for every fresher, especially those who wish to change their courses after their first year)_
If you wish to SMASH a GPA of 5.0(First Class) at the end of this session, two things are major. They are:
1.) *Complete Attendance:*
Make sure that you attend ALL your classes. Don't miss ANYONE. Don't magnify one above the other. All courses are extremely important in your goal to hit a 5.0 GPA. For now, your lecture schedule may fluctuate. The time table may not be strictly followed. Hence, if you go home after a class, another class may suddenly be fixed in your absence and you'd miss it. So, if possible, stay in school till lectures end for the day. This way, you won't miss any lecture update that comes.
Additionally, you shouldn't just attend classes, but attend classes, actively.
What active attendance means is that you understand every single thing the lecturer teaches. Follow the lecturer carefully. Note the points he emphasizes. Observe his gestures, carefully. Lecturers tend to give more demonstration/gesticulation when they touch points that are very important to them. Be very observant and note the points or topics that arouses this kind of physical dexterity and passion. Such topics will always come out in your exams.
Whatever aspect you don't understand, always ask questions. Don't be complacent. Throw away self and always ask questions about a concept you don't fully understand. Keep asking till you fully understand. If you discover that a classmate of yours understands a concept better than you do, why not ask for explanation? On the climb to success, we need our fellow humans as ladders. Do not look down on anyone.
