Is it me or do the months seem to be flying by?It seems like only a few _days_ ago that I was wishing you all a Happy New Year and trying to compose something interesting for the January bulletin.Well, at least, I trust, you are having a happy new year, thus far.

It is February already and we as an organization and club are already looking and planning for the coming *ROTARY YEAR.* – January 08, 2023 – our President-Elect, *Gordon R. McInally.* Told us to create hope in the world

Rotary International has declared February as World Understanding month.It is the anniversary of the formation of Rotary International on February 23, 1905.It was 118 years ago this month, that Paul Harris and three of his friends founded the first Rotary Club.

The fourth avenue of service helps meet Rotary’s fourth objective, which is to:advance international understanding, goodwill, and peace through a world fellowship of business and professional persons united in the ideal of service.

I trust you will join me as we celebrate our successes, look to the future, and discover new ways to imagine Rotary, engage Rotaractors and create hope in the world .

Many a man’s outlook is different after he becomes a Rotaractors .He learns to see opportunities for service at home and abroad.
