IMSU 2018/19 pUTME UPDATES

The just concluded IMO STATE UNIVERSITY post UTME screening exercise was successful conducted. And the results have been published on the university website at a fee.

HOW TO CHECK YOUR RESULT

First you have to generate an invoice through the school portal just like you did during the registration...

Then you proceed to any of the designated banks to make the payment....

After the payment, you can proceed to check your result.. Using the same link used to generate the invoice above.

Note:

If you get this error massage "YOUR REG NUMBER NOT FOUND IN DATABASE" it implies your result have not yet been updated to the database. In order word check at a later time. Maybe after a day or two.

👉 *OFFICIAL: HOW TO REPRINT IMSU 2018 POST-UTME SLIP – TIME AND REQUIREMENTS FOR EXAMINATION.*
👉 *IMSU ELIJAH*
*_The official direct portal for IMSU 2018/2019 UTME Candidates to reprint their acknowledgement slip has been enabled. This is to enable candidates who are unable to get email notification to print it directly from the university portal. The examination which is computer based (CBT) will last for six (6) days. It is expected to commence Monday Aug. 13th – Saturday 18th._*
*STEPS TO REPRINT*
*_1. Visit IMSU Website – www. Imsu. edu.ng_*
*_2. Click on 2018/2019 PUTME Application under the Prospective Students Column._*
*_3. Enter JAMB Registration Number in the space provided._*
*_4. Click “Submit”, your details including Examination date, Venue, and Time will pop-up then you can proceed to print._*
*Prospective students are advised to print two copies of examination slip; one will be submitted on examination day while the other copy will be used for solving your mathematics questions as there would be no provision for solving sheet. Examination slip should be printed in COLORED.*
*TIME AND REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POST-UTME SCREENING EXERCISE.*
*_A. Accreditation of candidates commences at 8.00am each day. Candidates should adhere strictly to the time scheduled for screening examination._*
*_B. Print out the Acknowledgement slip from the University Portal and come along with it for your screening and POST UTME evaluation._*
*_C. The date and time for each candidate’s examination will be shown on the POST UTME print-out._*

*RESTRICTIONS*
*_A. Only bona fide candidates scheduled for the day’s examination and time shall be allowed into the Examination Hall._*
*_B. Parents and guardians are therefore strongly advised against attempting to enter the University Examination Hall as security will be tight._*
*_C. No GSM handsets, scientific calculators or any other materials not belonging to the exercise shall be allowed into the examination hall._*
*_D. Candidates who did not register online will not be allowed for the Post-UTME Screening exercise._*

*How to be the person of your Dreams*

Never mistake an idea to be the most crucial ingredient for a successful career, ideas are like raw materials entirely worthless without ex*****on. Never assume that because your idea is exquisite that it has an automatic guarantee to make you a successful person. Here are *5* steps that guarantee a successful career:-

1. *Be Sure*:- be sure or get sure of what your career should be or at least fellow a career path and stay on it. A billionaire said I never worked a day in my life because I became a billionaire doing the things I love. Quit the attitude if let's give it a shot, and be consistent with what you're doing.

2. *Learn Daily*:- understand that once you stop learning you start dying, your career isn't secured by your university cert but you knowledge of the profession itself. Keep learning and fail often, that way you'll achieve heights untold way quickly that Orthodox.

*Understand Success*:- don't watch a YouTube video n feel like you're suddenly on top of your game. Success requires effort, time, learning/knowledge, and hardworking. Because you know how its done doesn't mean you can actually do it.

3.*Learn Daily*:- understand that once you stop learning you start dying, your career isn't secured by your university cert but you knowledge of the profession itself. Keep learning and fail often, that way you'll achieve heights untold way quickly that Orthodox.

4. *Plan First*:- planning is eminent because when we fail to plan it means we invariably plan to fail. Lately planning is so underrated & neglected. I'm not sure why but I know this, the basic reason why you keep failing is because you don't have a functional plan yet. If you fail using a plan then it implies your plan needs debugging & fixations. And when planning you must write it down. I'm making an article on *successful planning* just check it once it drops to get *a full guide on how to master the art of planning*.

5. *Be the Executioner not just the Thinker:-* thinkers are dreamers, dreamers aren't exactly successful in realtime/reality. Understand that the world doesn't need idealists rather it craves implementators.

*Summary:* success is more about being (becoming) than getting. Success is a function of who you become in the process of pursuing your dreams; you don't get success, you become success. To pursue your career *Be sure* of what career you're to pursue, *Learn daily* about it and *Understand success* in it then *Plan first* & carefully and *Execute your plans*.

*UPDATE ON IMSU 2018/2019 POST UTME REGISTRATION AND EXAMINATION.*

This is to inform the general public that registration for IMSU 2018/2019 Post Utme has begun.

This registration will last for 2 weeks (17th July, 2018 - 30th July, 2018).

The examination has been scheduled to take place from Monday 13th August and end on Saturday 18th August, 2018.

*NOTE:* This Post Utme registration /screening is for candidates who chose Imo State University as the *First Choice* and scored 180 and above in their Joint Admission and Matriculation Examination (JAMB).

In addition, candidates must possess at least Five (5) credit passes in their relevant O'level subjects including English Language and Mathematics.

The Examination is Computer Based (CBT).

*REGISTRATION PROCEDURES:*

- Visit the University's website via www.imsu.edu.ng

- Under Prospective Students, click 2018/2019 PUTME Application

- Enter your Jamb Registration Number

- Click on submit button to generate invoice

- Proceed to any of the banks for your payment with the generated payment invoice number.

(The banks are: Zenith Bank, IMSU Microfinance Bank, First Bank, Imo State Microfinance Bank, FCMB, Fidelity Bank and UBA).

- Return to the application page and insert your Jamb registration number again

- Enter your confirmation order pin gotten from the bank

- Proceed with the completion of the form

- Correctly enter your O'level results

- Confirm your entries

- Submit your application

- Print your acknowledgement slip

- Await announcement from the University.

Eligible candidates would be required to pay the sum of Two thousand naira (N2,000 only).

*NOTE:*

- Early commencement of registration is advised to avoid web congestion in the dying hours.

- Registration portal will shut down at midnight 30th July, 2018.
