1. Thompson Makagan: He's the regional coordinator of the North Central Region and has contributed greatly to the National Body.

2. Moses Nwali: He's the Regional Coordinator of the South South/ South East Region. He has also contributed greatly to the National Body.

BEST DEPARTMENTAL PRESIDENT OF THE YEAR

1. Ezeonu Gerald: He's the Departmental President of Building Department, Unizik.
He's has a very strong social network, having served for a short while and still in power as President; he has so far so good, coordinated the students and has been able to ensure that his school is extremely active at the National Level.

2. Oluwatobi Daniel (Dantob): He's departmental president at FUTA, MINNA. He has organised various programs for his students of his school including skill training programs, renovation projects etc.

MOST INNOVATIVE STUDENT OF THE YEAR (FEMALE CATEGORY)

1. Ozioma Favour: She's working for a construction company in Anambra State. On her joining the company, she introduced to them, innovative ideas that could lead to the expansion of the company.
One of such innovations was the company strategy of adopting a proper training method for site workers (who are seen as quacks and uneducated), hence instead of abandoning them, the company trains them and makes them understand the job better.
She has also innovated many other ideas for the growth of the company.

2. Esther Bot: She's been innovative through leadership; bringing up ideas to further increase the involvement of females in the building profession.

The Voting Stage for the NAOBS National Body Award begins today.

1. Arthur Obidemene: He's a real estate guru currently handling the sales of properties at Greenwood estate, Anambra State. He's into building construction and also into music.
He's the C.E.O of S.I.R; A real estate/crypto firm.

2. Attah Stanley Chukwuka
He's the C.E.O of Chukason Buidling Limited. A company specialized in the sales of plumbing materials and other building ceramics.

3. Mohammed Ibrahim: He's a fashion designer and has taken his trade to various states of Nigeria where he had to train different students on how to sew clothes perfectly.

4. Abdulazeez Ahmad Adewale: He runs an online learning platform and he also owns a website "InsideFutmx.ng". This website allows students to log in and download handouts as well as buy items like buckets, irons, foams etc.

5 DAYS TO THE NAOBS AGM HOLDING IN AKWA IBOM STATE: TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION

We understand that for schools who are preparing earnestly to be at Akwa Ibom State on Monday, they're already discussing with various transport companies and maybe their school transport unit to ensure their presence at this year's AGM, hence this information.

This information are very important for people coming from the North and Southwest region.

Please, due to the SIT AT HOME ORDER in the South Eastern Part of Nigeria, *kindly inform your drivers that they will be using the SOUTH SOUTH ROUTE*

For the people coming from the west; The south-south route will be Delta - Bayelsa- Port Harcourt - Ikot Abasi (Akwa Ibom State).
Meaning from Delta, don't go to Anambra, navigate to Bayelsa. The drivers should know better.

For people from north: Don't use the Benue to Enugu Route. Ask your drivers to use the south route, either Benue to Delta or Benue direct to Bayelsa.

The Drivers will understand better as they're all aware of the MONDAY SIT AT HOME ORDER and have been traveling on same day.

If you can contact Akwa Ibom Transport Company (AKTC) in your State - It's in all the states in South West and North Central, then it will be easier.

We wish you journey mercies as you arrive Akwa Ibom State.
