Distinguished Dean of the faculty of Management Sciences, Esteemed Head of departments, Respected Lecturers, Invited guests, my fellow comrade, members of the outgoing and incoming Executive council , ladies and gentlemen good afternoon.
Today marks a significant moment in the history of our great Faculty, *FACULTY OF MANAGEMENT SCIENCES STUDENT ASSOCIATION* , (FAMSSA).

It is a day of reflection, gratitude, and transition as I stand before you to officially hand over the mantle of leadership to a new generation of committed leaders, ably led by COMR *Ariri Prince* .

When I took the oath of office as Faculty President, I pledged to serve with integrity, transparency, and dedication. Looking back, I am filled with gratitude for the trust you bestowed upon me and my team. Together, we navigated challenges, broke new grounds, and upheld the values that bind us as management science students which is innovation, resilience, unity, and excellence.

I am deeply thankful to my executive team, whose loyalty, hard work, and sacrifice made our modest achievements possible. To the faculty staff, departmental presidents, class representatives, and every student who supported our administration, I say thank you. Your contributions remain the cornerstone of our collective success.

To my successor, comr Ariri prince and the incoming executive council, today, the baton of leadership is placed firmly in your hands. I urge you to lead with courage and wisdom, to listen to the voice of every student, and to continue to protect the interests of our faculty. The path will not always be smooth, but with unity and purpose, you will achieve greater heights.

To my fellow students, I implore you to extend your total support to this new leadership just as you did for mine. Hold them accountable, encourage them, and work hand in hand with them to advance our common cause.
