To address the high rate of youth unemployment in Nigeria, the Federal Government, through the Federal Ministry of Education, has launched the Innovation Development and Effectiveness in the Acquisition of Skills (IDEAS) Project with support from the World Bank. This project aims to improve the country's skills development system. A key part of the project, called the Innovation Grant Facility (IGF), focuses on providing digital skills training for young Nigerians.

The program is open to everyone, including women and people with special needs.

يمشي الفقير وكل شيء ضده # والناس تغلق دونه أبوابها.

وتراه مبغوضاً وليس بمذنب # ويرى العداوة لا يرى أسبابها.

حتى الكلاب إذا رأت ذا ثروة # خضعت لديه وحركت أذنابها.
