The Environmental Science for Sustainable Energy and Technology (ESSET) programme is an English taught environmental science programme with an international character. You work together with students from all over the world, using project based learning and practical skills to solve real life environmental problems.

At the beginning of the week our 1st year ESSET students went into the city to collect data for their plastic waste research project.🗑️♻️
After collecting all types of trash they separated out the plastics on campus. One group even found a little octopus plushie, which was crowned the mascot of the day! 🐙

Last adventure before summer! The ESSET crew went all out canoeing through Breda’s canals, dinner in the city, and a hilarious game where teachers reimagined Breda’s reality.

Big win for Ilse, Sandra, Stephanie & Reinke with their wild vision… a Breda where dinosaurs stroll the streets as everyday pets 🦕. What a legendary send off to the year!
