The Kenniswijk region was one of the first places in the Netherlands where residents and businesses gained access to ultra-fast broadband internet via fiber optics. This network provided a foundation for digital innovation in the region and supported platforms like CityTV.nl in pioneering livestream technology. This technological advancement enhanced connectivity in Eindhoven and contributed to expanding digital and cultural exchanges, both locally and internationally.
