Help students of Hotel Management School NHL Stenden to Alpe d'HuZes The students are raising money in order to be able to support the yearly Alpe d’HuZes event in France Om dit te realiseren hebben wij heel hard uw hulp nodig.

Namens NHL Stenden Hotel Management School te Leeuwarden gaan wij met een team van studenten, in de eerste week van juni, naar Bourg D’Oisans in Frankrijk, om daar een bijdrage te leveren aan het evenement Alpe d’HuZes. Dit evenement wordt georganiseerd om geld in te zamelen om kanker te bestrijden. Wij als studenten zullen als vrijwilligers bij dit evenement helpen in de catering. Onze reis- en o

nkosten moeten wij zelf zien te financieren en hiervoor moeten wij zelf geld inzamelen. Dit door middel van sponsoring en leuke acties die wij organiseren met het team. Mocht u bereid zijn ons te steunen, dan kunt u dat doen door middel van een donatie.

As of the Monday we also facilitate healthy food and less healthy food 🫣on the square of the Start tent. We serve vegetarian food with snacks from Snacks with benefits from the foodtruck we brought from Leeuwarden, facilitated by .
In the pink tent next to the foodtruck we serve all kind of snacks from a typical Dutch snackbar!

On Sunday and Monday we organised 2 events in the Start tent:
Sunday evening we had the “Welcome in the Start tent event”.
The DJ created a party for young (many students in the area) and older people and we facilitated the drinks and the entourage.
On Monday evening we organised the Pubquiz and again a big success. Both nights fully packed! 200-250 people per party. A great success and compared to last year, 20% more revenue, which means more money for the !

Also this year we support the event Alpe D’Huzes!
At the moment we are with 3 colleagues Douwe Wiersma, Wendy Wagenmakers and Daniel de Jong and 35 students of STENDEN students in France.
We support the Alpe d’HuZes event in Bourg d’Oisans and Alpe d’Huez.
Together with Douwe we are down the mountain with 23 students.

On the 1st of June we will travel to France to contribute to the Alpe d’HuZes Event.
This journey is possible thanks to the continuous effort of students and staff.

Hiii allemaal, wij zijn team Sustainability for Participants!
Van links naar rechts: Bridget, Nynke, Aina, Luna en Lotus.
Wij zijn eerstejaars fasttrack studenten en gaan in juni ons steentje bijdragen aan Alpe d’HuZes. Op dit moment zijn wij druk bezig met deelnemers overtuigen om duurzaam naar het event te vertrekken en rekening te houden met het milieu. Wij hebben heel veel zin in dit project!
