What small choices can we make in our daily lives to reduce our environmental footprint? ♻️
Join us on September 24 for the next Webster Sustainability Talks — Sustainable Living: Small Actions, Big Impact, where we’ll explore how everyday choices can contribute to a more sustainable future. We’re excited to bring together two inspiring speakers:
Dr. Nico Tillie — A Dutch landscape architect, and botanist at TU Delft's Faculty of Architecture and the Built Environment, where he leads the Urban Ecology Design Lab within Landscape Architecture. His work links planting design, biodiversity, biocultural diversity, climate adaptation, circularity and urban metabolism through the system-habitat species approach and the ECOcampus living-lab.
Carmen Hogg (MSc.)— A cultural consultant, journalist and style anthropologist. She’s active at the intersection of culture and fashion and helps organizations make sense to different communities and subcultures on the basis of qualitative research and her deep immersion in these communities. Her work combines storytelling, strategic insight, and cultural understanding to help brands, institutions, and cultural organizations shape their narratives and brand positioning.
