🚨 Last Maizena activity of the academic year! 🚨

After the Master thesis conference on the 23rd of June, you will be able to relax, chill and have a drink with your fellow students in Park Brakkenstein. The ideal moment to say goodbye to each other, reminisce on memories of the past year, share future plans, and all of that with some nice sun on our face (hopefully...)

Maizena will provide some drinks (free of charge, while supplies last), so bring a picnic blanket and your good mood! See you there! 🧺

The academic year is coming to an end and so are the Maizena activities 🥺 We would therefore like to invite all of you to come together one last time next week *Wednesday on June 7th* for our *last* Maizena Monthly Drink for 2022-2023. Let’s cheers to a great end of the year 🥂

Are you ready to dance the night out? 👀

On May 23rd Maizena is organising a fun dancing workshop given by an experienced dancer all the way from Utrecht! Bring some comfy clothes, invite a friend or come alone and join us in learning the basic steps for Salsa & Walz. No prior experience is needed!

Happy Wednesday!

Exactly 1 week from now we will have our Monthly Drink at Café Camelot and we will also be having dinner this time. We believe this could be a great opportunity to come together especially because of limited contact at the University. We will be at Café Camelot as of 19:00 and they have daily specials including vegetarian options for affordable prices. You are more than welcome to join after dinner as well. After Café Camelot we will be heading to S-cape which is a themed party organised by the Social Sciences umbrella association and you are more than welcome to join! Hello everyone!

On May 17th, Linde van Schuppen has agreed to give a workshop and introduction to the Philosophy and Reflection course. This is important for first-years who will have to do the course next year but also relevant for anyone working on the major project (or as a preparation). 💭

Use this opportunity to get insight into the expectations and contents of this course and fill your workshop booklet at the same time. 🤓

Snacks and coffee/tea will be provided as usual and you are welcome to join us to the Cultuurcafé for a drink afterwards. 🍻
