Arctic Coating was established in 2015 with an idea of developing the most tailored products for harsh Nordic conditions. By turning to nanotechnology, we have achieved exactly this. Designing on the molecular level makes it possible to enhance and change the properties in our surface protection products in a way that has not been possible with previous types of technology in this category. ed us to be picked as one of the 33 most interesting startup companies in the automotive industry in 2017 by the startup accelerator “Startup Autobahn” led by Silicon Valley VC firm Plug and Play Tech Ventures, and a jury comprised of board members from Universität Stuttgart, Porsche AG, BASF AG and Mercedes Benz AG. In 2019 we launched the first products in our cleaning and maintenance series. These products are a result of four years of product development together with some of the most experienced chemists in the field. Focus on using modern and sustainable raw materials has been very important in order to achieve the high effect and quality in our products. Arctic Coating mainly serves the business to business market. We are based in Ål, Hallingdal, Norway, and are exporting products to several countries.
