Lillehammer Lifelong Learning Conference

As promised in 2023 during the Lillehammer Lifelong Learning ICDE Conference, we are following up with an online event in 2025.

On February 12 in just 2,5 hours, we will explore the topic micro-credentials and how short learning formats can meet emerging skills needs. Micro-credentials are small units of learning, focused on specific skills or competencies.

The conference is free and open for registration.

De Lillehammer Levenslang Leren Roadmap bevat een set aanbevelingen om te komen tot levenslang leren voor levenslange inzetbaarheid. Daarvoor zijn doelgerichte inspanningen nodig op het vlak van het beleid, vraag en aanbod en implementatie.

Thanks to everyone who joined us in Lillehammer making the conference a success!
We had three full days of exchanging knowledge and experiences, discussing the key challenges of lifelong learning, and addressing solutions with the ambition to work towards UN Sustainable Development Goals, in particular, the SDG4 to “Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education for all and promote lifelong learning”

At , as a token of appreciation for our plenary speakers, we have made a donation to the Malala Fund, an international non-profit organisation working for a world where every girl can learn and lead. After having waited for a while for an in-person conference, the Lillehammer Lifelong Learning ICDE Conference 2023 have started!
We are happy to welcome all the participants, coming from over 32 countries around the world🌏
In the three days, the conference lasts will discuss, and exchange knowledge related to lifelong learning key issues, trends, and best practices. Stay tuned through our channels and the ICDE, International Council for Open and Distance Education channels to follow the discussions.
