The goal of Karrieredagene is to be Norways leading link between students and companies. We aim to help connect willing students with the attending companies.

Karrieredagene is one of the largest recruitment events in the Nordic Region, and this year we celebrate 20 years anniversary. Karrieredagene is a week characterized by exciting and career related lectures. We will give you the insight to better understand and manouver your future career, and we'll give you the spesific tools to get one step closer to your dreamjob. The lectures will have a strong

focus on the future labour market, and there will also be a day where we'll cover the job searching process thoroughly. On The Fair, the 29th of September, there will be close to 100 companies visiting BI to find and recruit the best students for their internships, trainee positions, full-time and part-time positions. Later that night we will arrange a banquet where the students and the company representatives from The Fair can meet in a less formal setting.

Danish-born Jesper Melin has been in the Danish elite navy unit Sirius Sledge Patrol in Greenland and is also a general practitioner. In 2009, this education led him to Norway, and today he is the founder and chairman of the board at PatientSky Group. The vision of PatientSky is to make life easier and better for patients and healthcare professionals. His work is based on his belief in simplifying the working life of doctors and other health professionals through new technology. For new, future-oriented technology to come into rapid use, systems and solutions must be based on the idea of open innovation and available for everyone to create innovation. To achieve this, strong corporation between public authorities and private founders is needed.

Jesper is a serial entrepreneur within the health tech sector and through his company, Codee Holding AS, he is invested and involved in multiple companies that are innovative, future oriented and working for changing lives.

Johanna Jeppsson, Lund University graduate, Digital commercial executive, worked in Kuala Lumpur, Berlin, Czech Republic and the Nordics. A passionate leader, who likes to gain result through engaged people. Responsible for international brand marketing, which is made digital first and specialist team who create sales via D2C, Amazon, T-mall and other online vendors.

Johanna Jeppsson has been responsible for digitalizing one of Norway’s proudest companies – Orkla. As a millennial leader, with international experience she will talk about how to infuse the strategy with new ideas and how to make sure short- and long-term results is achieved by convincing leaders and enthusiast employees. The power of changing from within to prepare for the new playing field is not for the faint of heart, but is necessary to succeed in the business world of tomorrow.

Eli Moe-Helgesen is an authorized accountant with education from NHH and BI Norwegian Business School. She is a partner and head of audit and audit-related consultancy at PwC. Eli works with projects within board work, business management, internal control and risk management, and is a widely used lecturer and speaker.

Mie Caroline Holstad is overall responsible for investments and portfolio and asset management in unlisted and listed real estate; and unlisted renewable energy infrastructure. In addition, the Chief Real Assets Officer is overall responsible for real assets operations, ensuring adequate guidelines, resources and tools, and encouraging continuous improvement of processes.

She joined Norges Bank Investment Management in September 2010 and has held a number of positions. From 2014-2019, she held the position of Chief Administrative Officer of Norges Bank Real Estate Management.

Ms Holstad holds a Master of Science in Business and Economics and a Master in Professional Accounting, both from BI Norwegian Business School.

Maria Moræus Hanssen is an investor and board member.

She is educated at NTNU in Trondheim and the IFP School in Paris and worked for many years as a manager in the oil and gas industry. In the years 2015 – 2017 she worked in Paris for ENGIE as CEO of ENGIE E&P and in the years 2018 – 2019 as CEO of DEA and later Wintershall DEA in Hamburg. Maria currently has a broad board portfolio. She is chairman of the board of the National Museum and of two start-up companies; Wastefront and WINNS. In addition, she sits on the boards of three listed companies; Schlumberger, Alfa Laval and Scatec, and in two Norwegian companies that work with battery technology; EcoStor and Morrow Batteries.

Hege Skogen (33) completed her education at BI in 2017. Since then she has been a group trainee, project manager and business developer at Posten and eventually Schibsted. Now she is head of operations at Dr. Dropin. She has stated leadership ambitions, which she openly shares in the podcast «Godt nok for de Svina", which she has together with former business leader Anita Krohn Traaseth.

Hege is not that far ahead in the race, and she has fresh memories of what it is like to be young and newly graduated in the business world. In her lecture, she will talk about her own version of the sceptical term "leadership ambitions", and why she chooses to share that she has them. She will also tell what she wishes she herself had known when she entered working life five years ago, as well as share some tips on how - even as a fresher and inexperienced person - you can help shape the business world of the future.

Martin Schütt er er Co-Founder og managing partner i Askeladden & CO.

Civil economist Martin Schütt from NHH is co-founder and managing partner of the investment company and start-up machine Askeladden & Co, which in recent years has been behind innovations such as the Cutters hairdressing chain, Dr.Dropin doctor's offices, Verd funeral home, the massage concept Squeeze, the beauty salons Olio, the event concept Paint'n Sip and even more.

Even Bolstad is the general manager at HR Norge, the member organization for HR and management.

Even has led HR Norway through mergers, restructuring and into what is today one of the leading HR organizations in Europe. He has an education from the Norwegian Naval Academy, an MBA and has completed, among other things, studies in labour law and senior management training from the London Business School.
Before he started as head of HR Norway, he worked with HR, finance, logistics, communication and negotiations.

In addition to leading HR Norway, Even is president of the European HR organization EAPM, with members from 33 countries. He is also a board member of the global HR organization WFPMA and of the edtech startup Videocation. He is central to several of the leading HR surveys both nationally and internationally, is an international speaker, participates in the public debate and currently has regular columns in the HR magazine and E24.
