Reliving an Inspiring Day of Creativity!

Today, the Department of Languages and Mass Communication at the Kathmandu University School of Arts successfully hosted a dynamic and deeply engaging Creative Writing Workshop: Writing with Objects at the BMT Hall, Hattiban.

This workshop was supported by Australian Embassy Kathmandu, and Association of Nepalese Alumni from Australia (ANAA).

The workshop was curated to offer a fresh perspective on the creative process, the hands-on session brought together passionate participants to explore how physical objects which range from cherished personal mementos and heirlooms to simple, curious desk items can work as powerful catalysts for narrative and memory.

We were absolutely thrilled to have the workshop facilitated by Dr. Gemma Nisbet, Dr. Per Henningsgaard from Curtin University, in support of Dr. Kashiraj Pandey from DOLMC whose expert guidance inspired everyone to look at storytelling through a completely new lens.

A huge thank you to all the creative minds who joined us, brought their favorite objects, and filled the room with vibrant energy!
