The Diploma in Small Business and Project Management Level 5 is on offer again, starting the week of July 20.
The are several places available in the Tuesday morning and Tuesday evening sessions.
This course in designed to empower small business owners design and implement projects within their business using simple project management tools.
This enhances the chances of success, and project panning and management skills generally.
This may be the last time this course is offered without fees.
100% online, one 3 hour class/week.

When I’m not teaching project management I’m usually busy with my own projects.
Smaller ‘piecemeal’ things around the house don’t need a plan, just an intention and time.
Larger projects like the new build I’m planning for next door definitely do need a plan, to identify everything that needs to be done, a timeline, an order, a budget and checkpoints to manage quality as we go.
