This comprehensive series of discussions and workshops, recognize the critical role that field instruction plays in shaping competent, ethical, and socially responsive social workers. From understanding the foundations of field instruction, professional ethics, and the use of gender-fair language, to mastering technical skills such as case study writing, group work design, planning, process recordings, and progress notes, each session has equipped the soon-to-be social workers with tools essential for professional practice. Furthermore, the orientation on R.A. 11313 and institutional guidelines reinforces the commitment to uphold dignity, equality, and protection in all aspects of work.
These learnings guide them not only in meeting academic requirements but in fostering genuine social change and advocacy for justice, equity, and respect for human rights. May they carry these principles into practice with integrity, competence, and compassion.
