IN PHOTOS: On the 11th day of September 2022, the 5th Air Group of the 527th Department of Military Science and Tactics along with the VRIs and Cadet Officers spearheaded by Sgt Marlon Cainong PAFR, lectured the 1st Year Criminology Students about the ROTC Legal Basis.

"Section 38, Article VII, Republic Act 7077 - Reserve Officers Training Corps (ROTC) states that, " Military training for students enrolled in colleges, universities and similar institutions of learning is mandatory pursuant to the provisions of the National Defense Act of 1935 and the 1987 Constitution."

The Freshmen were also taught about the AFP History and Organization by C/LTC LEEZYL BAHINTING 1CL AFROTC as their foundation for better perception and understanding of the Armed Forces of the Philippines.

As the saying goes " The past is for us to learn to make the future more understood and developed".

IN PHOTOS- During the First Year Criminology Students' Reserve Officers Training Corps (ROTC) General Orientation at Abuyog Community College Open Gymnasium on September 4, 2022, the 5th Air Group of the 527th DMST, along with the VRIs and Cadet Officers, led out and inspired the freshmen to exhibit a sense of acquiescence and willful embracement toward the Reserve Officers Training Corps (ROTC) under the Philippine Air Force.

Following the general orientation, all first-year students participated in the general cleaning activity at the Abuyog Community College Open Grounds under the direction of the Cadet Officers and VRIs. This activity served as a foundation for the student's development of camaraderie, solidarity, and unity among the batch.
