April 24–25, 2026 | Day 1 ✨🏨

Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management 1st year students of Isabela State University Angadanan Campus officially begin their two days (2) hotel familiarization at Zen Hotel Santiago together with the BSHM faculty.

Day 1 marks the start of an enriching industry exposure where students step beyond the classroom and experience the real operations of the hospitality world, gaining valuable insights, skills, and professional learning. 💼🌍

Our 2nd year BSHM students turned up the heat during their Bar and Beverage Management class with an exciting flambé demonstration! 👨‍🍳✨

From learning the science behind the flame how alcohol evaporates while leaving behind rich flavors to mastering the proper techniques of tilting, igniting, and safely extinguishing the flames, this hands-on experience was truly unforgettable.

Under the guidance of their instructor, students practiced precision and confidence while adhering to strict safety measures because in flambé, it's all about control! 💪🔥

This isn't just about the spectacle of the flame; it's about understanding the artistry behind one of the most impressive culinary techniques. Our future hospitality professionals are not just mixing drinks they're creating experiences! 🍸🎩

Here's to the students who dared to bring the fire! 🔥🙌

🥂 Why Alcohol? Alcohol is added not just for the drama of the flame, but for the incredible depth it brings to a dish. When ignited, the alcohol evaporates, leaving behind rich, concentrated flavors that enhance the entire dish.
