On 18 April 2026, A Day Marked by Honor, Discipline, and New Beginnings. 🇵🇭

The morning witnessed the successful conduct of the Provincial Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection (PAATI) at the South Poblacion Elementary School Grounds Tampocon II,Ayungon, Negros Oriental, reflecting the unit’s preparedness, excellence, and unwavering commitment to service.

In the afternoon, a significant milestone unfolded during the Joint Graduation Ceremony of the Basic and Advance ROTC, together with the Change of Command, at the Negros College Multi-Purpose Building. The event celebrated accomplishments, recognized leadership, and symbolized the transfer of responsibility to the next generation of cadet officers.

From the inspection grounds to the graduation rites, the day stood as a testament to dedication, unity, and perseverance.

Please be informed of the upcoming formation activity with the following details:

WHAT: 15TH FORMATION
WHEN: On or before 0600 hours, 18 APRIL 2026 (SATURDAY)
WHERE: South Poblacion Elementary School Ground, Tampocon II
WHY: For the Provincial Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection (PAATI)

All cadets and cadettes are required to report in complete and prescribed uniform. A strict uniform inspection will be conducted. Proper military bearing, discipline, and courtesy must be observed at all times. Participants are expected to be physically and mentally prepared for the activity. Non-compliance with the prescribed standards will be dealt with accordingly.

WHAT TO WEAR:
* White plain round-neck t-shirt
* Blue/Navy blue pants (maong)
* Green garrison belt
* White shoes with white socks
* White handkerchief
* White gloves

FOR FEMALE CADETS:
* White t-shirt with sando (inner garment)
* Hair must be neatly fixed with a hairnet and hair gel
* Hair must be black
* No make-up allowed
* Nails must be trimmed with no nail polish
* No accessories

FOR MALE CADETS:
* 0x3 cm haircut (clean-cut)
* Hair must be black
* No mustache
* Nails must be trimmed with no nail polish
* No accessories

FOR LGBTQ CADETS:
* If hair measures 10x10 cm, it must be cut to 0x3 cm; if it exceeds 10x10 cm, it must be properly fixed with a hairnet
* No hair color allowed
* No accessories
* No mustache
* Nails must be trimmed with no nail polish

ADDITIONAL REMINDERS:
* Platoons assigned to use rifles must proceed to the DMST Office to claim their rifles before going to the South Poblacion Elementary School Ground area.
* The closing ceremony will be held at 1300 hours at the Campus 1 Negros College Senior High School Multipupose. Your presence is highly required.
* Ensure all uniforms are clean, complete, and properly worn before arrival.
* Be punctual; latecomers will be marked accordingly.
* Always bring your own water to stay hydrated throughout the activity.
* Maintain proper formation, alignment, and silence when required.
* Follow all commands promptly and accurately.
* Show respect to officers, trainers, and fellow cadets at all times.
* Avoid unnecessary movements during inspection.
* Secure all personal belongings before the activity begins.
* Get enough rest the night before to ensure alertness and readiness.
* Prepare yourselves mentally and physically for the upcoming PAATI.

All students are strongly advised to practice proper hydration (water therapy) and eat a proper breakfast before reporting.

NOTE: Attendance will be strictly monitored. Demerits will be issued to those who fail to follow the stated guidelines.

The Negros College ROTC Unit successfully conducted its 13th and 14th Formation for the Second Semester on April 11, 2026, at South Poblacion Elementary School Training Ground,showcasing discipline, unity, and commitment to excellence.

Under the leadership of NSTP Coordinator MS SHIELAMAI D ARANETA,LPT, together with the Commandant CPT GUILLERMO Z BANJAO PA (RES), the Assistant Commandant 2LT FRINCESS C MONTERO PA (RES), Administrative NCO SSG RENEBOY S BANTAYAO (AGS) PA, and the ROTC Tactical NCO, cadets carried out a whole-day training activity, including a Clean-Up Drive from the SPES grounds to the Negros College Annex Building—promoting environmental awareness, teamwork, and civic responsibility.

Through this combined effort in training and community service, the unit continues to develop disciplined, service-oriented, and competent future leaders.

Today, the Negros College ROTC Unit, together with the reservists from the 1st District, joins the entire Filipino nation in commemorating Araw ng Kagitingan (Day of Valor) through the conduct of Lakad Kalayaan 2026 with the theme, “Ang bawat hakbang pasulong ay pagpupugay sa mga hindi kailanman umurong.” This meaningful activity serves as a solemn tribute to the bravery, sacrifice, and unwavering patriotism of the Filipino heroes who courageously fought for the freedom of our country.

Under the leadership of CDC Director MAJ Ryan Eve Comesо (MI) PA, NSTP Coordinator Ms. Shielamai D. Araneta, LPT, Assistant Commandant 2LT Frincess C. Montero PA (RES), and Admin NCO Reneboy S. Bantayao (AGS) PA, the unit proudly honors the legacy of courage and heroism demonstrated during the historic battles that shaped the identity of our nation. Their sacrifices continue to remind us of the importance of unity, resilience, and dedication in serving our country.

As we commemorate the 84th Anniversary of Araw ng Kagitingan, may the heroism of our forefathers continue to inspire every Filipino to uphold the values of courage, integrity, patriotism, and selfless service to the nation.

The Negros College ROTC Unit proudly conducted its 12th Formation for the 2nd Semester, demonstrating unwavering discipline, unity, and commitment to excellence in training. 🫡⚓

On 280700H March 2026, under the leadership of the Admin NCO, RENEBOY S BANTAYAO (AGS) PA, together with the assistant commandant 2LT FRINCESS C MONTERO PA (RES) and also to our ROTC Tactical NCO,the unit proceeded to the South Poblacion Elementary School Ground/Covered Court to conduct an intensive practice session in preparation for the upcoming Provincial Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection (PAATI).
The activity served as a vital opportunity for cadets to sharpen their administrative readiness, tactical proficiency, and ceremonial discipline, ensuring that every member upholds the high standards set by the Provincial ROTC Command. Through determination, teamwork, and steadfast dedication, the cadets demonstrated their commitment to continuous improvement and operational preparedness.

With every drill, command, and coordinated movement, the cadets embody the core values of honor, discipline, and service, standing united as they prepare to represent the unit with pride and excellence in the forthcoming inspection.

ThE NEGROS COLLEGE ROTC UNIT HELD IT’S 11th FORMATION FOR THIS 2nd SEMESTER

On 𝟐𝟏073𝟎𝐇 March 2026, the NEGROS COLLEGE ROTC Unit ,under the leadership of the NSTP Coordinator, MS SHIELAMAI D ARANETA, LPT and together with the assistant commandant 2LT FRINCESS C MONTERO PA (RES) and also to our ROTC Tactical NCO, the unit practiced for the upcoming Provincial Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection (PAATI) at the South Poblacion Elementary School Ground/Covered Court. The training aimed to enhance participants' skills and knowledge, ultimately improving their performance and productivity.

The day's training session concluded with the ROTC Unit demonstrating a solid commitment to upholding military values, professionalism, and readiness.
