The ๐๐จ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐๐ ๐ ๐จ๐ ๐๐ง๐ ๐ข๐ง๐๐๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐ of ๐บ๐ป๐ฐ ๐พ๐๐๐ ๐ต๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ผ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ successfully gathered its students for the ๐๐๐ฃ๐๐ง๐๐ก ๐ผ๐จ๐จ๐๐ข๐๐ก๐ฎ on ๐จ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐, ๐๐๐๐, at the ๐ฆ๐ง๐๐ช๐ก๐จ ๐ฆ๐๐๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐๐ถ๐๐ ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ฒ๐ฟ.
The program began with registration, prayer, the Philippine National Anthem, and the STI Hymn, followed by the welcome remarks of ๐๐ง๐ ๐ซ. ๐๐ฒ๐ซ๐ฎ๐ฌ ๐. ๐๐ข๐ ๐๐๐ฌ, ๐๐๐, Dean of the College of Engineering. The assembly also provided an opportunity to formally introduce the program heads, faculty, and staff of the College of Engineering.
One of the highlights of the assembly was the
๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐ข๐ ๐ฃ๐ผ๐น๐ถ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐น๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ๐. Important reminders and expectations for the academic year were discussed, including matters concerning student discipline, guidance services, and finance. The discussions were led by representatives from the respective offices, including ๐๐ฌ. ๐๐ก๐๐ค๐ข๐ง๐๐ก ๐. ๐๐๐ง๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐จ, ๐๐๐ฆ, ๐๐ซ. ๐๐จ๐ก๐ง ๐๐๐ฒ ๐. ๐๐๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ง๐ข๐ง๐จ, and ๐๐ฌ. ๐๐จ๐ฅ๐๐๐ง ๐๐ฅ๐ซ๐๐ก๐ฌ ๐๐๐ง๐ณ๐จ๐ง.The discussion covered important dos and donโts that students are expected to observe, along with essential reminders and guidance for the academic year.
The program heads also introduced and discussed the ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ณ๐ณ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐ฐ๐๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฐ๐๐น๐ฎ of their respective engineering programs, helping students gain a clearer understanding of their academic paths and expectations.
Adding a light and entertaining moment to the assembly, Engr. Rojo performed a short song for the students. The program concluded with a photo opportunity, bringing the Engineering students together for a memorable moment.
The General Assembly served as an important opportunity to inform, guide, and prepare Engineering students for another meaningful and productive academic year.
