๐จ Student Incident Reporting System for Super Typhoon
In light of the ongoing threat posed by Super Typhoon , the Office of Student Development Services (OSDS) is extending assistance to affected UP students across all Constituent Universities.
As of the latest updates, Super Typhoon Uwan continues to bring heavy rainfall and strong winds across several regions, with potential disruptions to transportation, power, and communication lines. We encourage everyone to prioritize safety and to monitor official weather advisories and local government announcements.
To better respond to the needs of the UP community, the OSDS is releasing its Typhoon Incident Report Form to help us gather information on the emerging situations of UP students in distress. Information collected through this form will be forwarded to the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs (OVPAA) to determine actions to mitigate the impact of an emerging crisis involving UP students.
