Pls visit CARE Office today (9:00 AM to 4:30 PM) for the submission of requirements.

📌 Submit the following:
✔️ Six (6) colored copies of your validated School ID (S.Y. 2024–2025) f
➡️ If you do not have a School ID:
Please submit the following:
Six (6) colored copies of your ID Certification
Pay the required fee at the Cashier’s Office (Campus 1).
Submit the payment receipt to the SAS Office.
Six (6) colored copies of any government-issued ID
Accepted IDs:
• PhilSys National ID
• Passport
• Driver’s License
• PhilHealth ID
• Voter’s ID

Important Reminders:
All documents must be COLORED and printed on LONG BOND PAPER.
Place three (3) SPECIMEN SIGNATURES on the lower portion of each ID copy.
Incomplete requirements will NOT be accommodated.

NORSU Admission Test Update 📢

The NORSU Admission Test for Bais Campus will officially end on April 30, 2026.

We are now accepting WALK-IN applicants, including:
1. Those who have not yet registered.
2. Those who have not confirmed their schedule.
3. Those who registered but not included in the official list of examinees.

Please make sure to bring the following requirements:
1. Photocopy of Report Card or Certificate of Enrollment (for Senior High graduates)
2. Photocopy of TOR (for transferees only) and,
3. Photocopy of any valid ID (Current SHS ID, Barangay Certificate, National ID)

Reminder for examinees schedule for the following dates. Please arrive 1 hour before your scheduled time. Don’t forget to have a screenshot of your confirmed schedule printed. Bring the complete requirements. The venue will be at the 2nd floor, CBA Building, CARE Office.

1. April 28, 2026 examinees (Tuesday)
2. April 8, 2026 schedule is moved to April 29, 2026. (Wednesday)
3. April 10, 2026 schedule is moved to April 30, 2026. (Thursday)

Please be informed that we will no longer post the list of examinees for tomorrow’s entrance exam (April 24, 2026) and schedule for April 28, 2026 also. Kindly refer to your screenshot as proof of your confirmed examination schedule.

Please be guided by the following requirements.
Please bring:
• NAT Screenshot Schedule (printed on bond paper, write your complete name at the upper part portion)
• Ballpen

Any of the following valid IDs (photocopy):
• Government-issued ID
• Recent and valid School ID
• Barangay Certificate

For Grade 12 Applicants (Expected to Graduate):
• Certificate of Enrollment from your School Registrar/Principal
• Report Card if graduated (photocopy)

For Transferees:
• Original and Photocopy of Transcript of Records (TOR)
