Every teacher has a story. 💛

A story of why they chose to teach, the challenges they faced along the way, the lessons they learned, and the moments that made them realize that this is where they are meant to be.

In this video compilation, our teachers open up and share a little part of their journey with us. Their stories may be different, but each one carries the same heart... A Genuine Desire to Teach, Guide, and Make a Difference.

Behind the lessons, reminders, and countless hours in the classroom are people who also learned, struggled, grew, and found purpose along the way.

To our teachers, thank you for letting us hear your stories. Thank you for showing us that teaching is not just about what happens inside the classroom, but also about the lives touched along the way. 💛

From being a 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗱𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗮𝗻 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 to becoming an 𝘦𝘥𝘶𝘤𝘢𝘵𝘰𝘳 in the same institution, Engr. Arlene Santos has come a long way, bringing with her experiences and lessons that continue to shape the way she teaches and inspires others.

Behind every lesson is a teacher who chose to make a difference.

In this video, we hear from Engr. Janet Crisostomo, Dean of the Engineering and Architecture Department, as she shares a glimpse of her journey in teaching... her experiences, the lessons she has gained, and the passion that continues to keep her going.

Her story reminds us that teaching is not only about what happens inside the classroom, but also about the 𝑰𝑴𝑷𝑨𝑪𝑻 a teacher leaves on the students they meet along the way.
