Before October comes to a close, here are the highlights of last October 9 as we celebrated PUHON for Mental Health Awareness Month!

Through the distribution of green ribbons, flowers, and candies to our fellow students and university staff, we brought the observance beyond awareness and into a simple, tangible act of care.

May the conversations sparked by PUHON continue beyond the occasion, reminding us that understanding begins when we make room for experiences different from our own! 🫂

A story of finding light amid inner turmoil, “𝑳𝑰𝑾𝑨𝒀𝑾𝑨𝒀” portrays how extending a hand to others can become the beginning of one’s own healing and rediscovery. Through this meaningful representation, our Psychology Society proudly represents NU Baliwag in Sulyap-Sining: Pag-aninag sa Kanbas ng Maginhawang Paglikha of Tatsulok - Alyansa ng mga Mag-aaral sa Sikolohiyang Pilipino.

We invite the Nationalian community to support their entry by heart-reacting to the official post and sharing it to help amplify its reach. Each heart reaction earns five points toward the Gawad Paborito ng Publiko award.

Voting closes on October 16, 2026, at 1:00PM. Let us help our Psychology Society illuminate this endeavor with the support and recognition their work deserves! 🤍
