𝑪𝑻𝑼 𝑰𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒏𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒛𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑨𝑺𝑬𝑨𝑵 𝑰𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏

As part of Cebu Technological University’s Internationalization and ASEAN Integration initiatives, and in partnership with JP Holdings Inc., eight (8) Agribusiness students from CTU - Barili Campus were selected to participate in an Online Japanese Language Mobility Program under the Endowed Course on Social Service Theory and Marketing, led by Japanese academic professionals.

The program officially commenced on September 30, 2025, and was conducted weekly every Tuesday from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM, with each session lasting 90 minutes, for a total of 16 sessions over four months. This online mobility program brought together students from various universities across the Philippines, providing a collaborative and interactive platform for language learning, cultural exchange, and international academic engagement.

Throughout the duration of the program, participants were exposed to fundamental Japanese language skills, intercultural communication, and shared learning experiences that significantly contributed to their academic and personal development. The initiative further highlights CTU’s commitment to producing globally competitive graduates and strengthening international partnerships within the ASEAN and global academic community.

Today marks the final session of the program—celebrating a meaningful journey of learning, collaboration, and cultural appreciation. Graduates of this course can have an opportunity to qualify for a short-term intercultural immersion program in Japan, fully sponsored by JP Holdings Inc., reinforcing the impact and value of this international academic initiative.

The Freshmen BS Agribusiness students made their mark by being hailed as CHAMPIONS in the recently concluded PATHFIT culmination activity, besting the other 14 groups! PATHFIT, which stands for Physical Activity Towards Health and Fitness, is an integral part of the university's curriculum aimed at promoting physical fitness and teamwork among students. The culmination activity showcased the students' skills and talents in various physical activities, and it's awesome to see the Freshmen BS Agribusiness students taking home the top prize!🥇

This achievement is a testament to the students' hard work, dedication, and teamwork. It's not just about winning, but also about building camaraderie, sportsmanship, and a healthy lifestyle. The PATHFIT program provides a platform for students to develop these essential life skills, and it's great to see them excel in it.

This accolade is just the beginning of a successful academic journey for these students. Let's keep cheering them on as they continue to strive for excellence in their studies and future endeavors!

WHERE: Consult the assigned coaches and assistant coaches for the venue.

Note: This will be the final tryouts coz we need to finalize the list of players for submission to the campus clinic for medical check-up.

You are exempted from your classes, just make sure that you write your name in the attendance sheet for verification.

GEA Officers who are in-charge per event, please help the coaches/assistant coaches for the final line up and submit the list on Thursday ( October 16) to the Aggies Unit Manager for verification. Have it check also to the GEA executive officers before you submit to the unit manager.
