As Approved by the ISCOF Board of Trustees during the 1st Quarter BOT Meeting held May 11, 2020, here’s the official Modified Academic Policies for the Undergraduate students.
1. Students numerical grade will be the basis of his/her promotion. Instructors have the academic freedom as to the type of requirements or modalities to be given to the students while applying leniency and compassion in giving requirements for compliance.
2. Students who have lacking requirements will be given one (1) year to comply with a remark of “In Progress” on the professors grade sheets only but will not be reflected on the students transcript of records (TOR).
Once requirements are complied with within the period, a numerical grade will be guven to commensurate to the students performance and will be reflected on the TOR otherwise, a remark of a “Drop” will be given.
3. Undergraduate and graduate requirements for completion of all incomplete (INC) grades that will lapse this second semester of the Academic Year 2029-2020, will be extended to another one semester.
4. Undergraduate thesis shall be evaluated on the status of the students compliance of the course requirements prior to the ECQ inplementation. He/she will be given a numerucal grade that will commensurate his or her performance. Actual defense of the thesis shall be waived but hard copy and soft copy of the output prior to ECQ shall be submitted as part of the course requirements and one of the bases for the grade.
However, hard bound copy of such shall be required for the release of diploma, clearance and transcipt of records (TOR).
5. For OJT subjects, faculty coordinators shall no longer require students to complete the remaining number of hours at the establishments where they were assigned. They shall be given a numerucal grade by the OJT coordinator that will commensurate to his/her performance prior to the lockdown.
6. Students who had officially withdrawn or dropped from their subject prior to the ECQ shall retain their Withdrawn or Dropped status.
7. Scholarships and Grants are deemed maintained for the first semester, Academic Year 2020-2021, provided the said scholar or grantee is not dropped in any of the subject he/she enrolled during the Second Semester of the Academic Year 2019-2020; provided further, that the student has not reached maximum number semesters allowed in the scholarship/grant.
8. Students are to keep in contact with their respective year-level advisers and the respective office handling student’s concerns.
9. There will be bo moving up or graduation for junior and senior high school this academic year. However, when situation warrants for graduation for tertiary level may be conducted per campus on last week of July but physical distancing will be observed.
10. The determination of Latin Honors will follow the guidelines prior to ECQ.

End of 2nd semester of AY 2019-2020: May 31, 2020 and students are not required to go back to school even after the lift of the ECQ.
Start of Classes, AY 2020-2021: 1st week of September 2020.

Further Announcements with regards to the Entrance Examination for the upcoming Freshmen Students and Enrollment for all year levels will be issued by the college Adminstration.
