The wait is over—it's time to embark on another exciting academic journey!

As we officially welcome School Year 2026–2027, Samar State University – Basey Campus warmly welcomes all faculty members, staff, and students back to campus.

To ensure a safe, orderly, disciplined, and conducive learning environment, everyone is encouraged to observe the following University policies:

👔 Complete University Uniform & Identification Card (ID)
Wear the prescribed University uniform and your official University ID while inside the campus.

📄 For New Students
Students who have not yet received their University ID are required to wear a plain white shirt and present their **Certificate of Registration (COR)/Enrollment Form** together with any valid identification upon entering the campus.

🇵🇭 Flag Raising Ceremony
All faculty members, staff, and students are encouraged to participate in the regular Flag Raising Ceremony as a symbol of patriotism, unity, discipline, and commitment to the University's core values.

🛡️ Campus Safety & Security
The bringing, carrying, or possession of fi****ms, bladed weapons, explosives, illegal substances, and other prohibited items within the University premises is strictly prohibited. Violators shall be subject to appropriate disciplinary action in accordance with existing University rules and regulations.

🚗 Vehicle Parking
Please use only the designated parking areas and strictly observe campus traffic and parking regulations to ensure safety, accessibility, and order.

🧹 Cleanliness, Orderliness & Stewardship of University Facilities
Help keep our classrooms, offices, laboratories, corridors, comfort rooms, and other University facilities clean, orderly, and well-maintained. Let us all practice responsible stewardship of our campus.

📣 ANNOUNCEMNT!

The Opening of Classes in SSUBC for SY 2026-2027 will be on Monday, July 13, 2026.
All students and personnel are expected to report to school on time, in complete uniform with IDs.
New students may wear white shirt and must bring their enrollment form (if already available).
Bringing of sharp or deadly objects inside the campus is strictly prohibited. Flag raising is at 7:50 AM.
