Tugaoen, with the invaluable support and guidance of the BSBA-HRM Program core faculty, Department of Business Administration, and the College of Business, Economics and Accountancy.

JPMAP-MMSU solidified its reputation as a powerhouse among local chapters nationwide by securing top-tier institutional honors. The organization was officially named the 𝐌𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥, a testament to its excellence in service and commitment to the national body. Furthermore, JPMAP-MMSU was distinguished as the 𝐌𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐃𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥, recognized for its highest attendance rate, superior performance across academic and non-academic competitions, and consistent engagement in both synchronous and asynchronous convention activities.

Furthermore, both Mr. Ofilas and Ms. Nicolas were honored with the prestigious Pillar and Leadership Award in recognition of their exemplary service as Committee Members for Training and Development and Membership within JPMAP National.
