𝘝𝘪𝘢 𝘡𝘰𝘰𝘮 — Prime Aces College (PAC), a subsidiary of ACDI Multipurpose Cooperative and a CDA-accredited training provider (CTPRO No. 255), successfully conducted the 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 on April 28–29, 2026, with 68 participants from different cooperatives.

The two-day training focused on strengthening cooperative leadership, governance practices, organizational management, and compliance with Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) standards. Participants actively engaged in discussions and collaborative learning to further enhance their knowledge and capabilities in cooperative management.

Prime Aces College continues to conduct mandatory trainings to support cooperatives in meeting CDA requirements and promoting effective and sustainable cooperative operations.

The discussion, led by Dr. John Paolo R. Rivera, Senior Research Fellow at Philippine Institute for Development Studies and 2024 Outstanding Young Scientist in Economics, translated complex economic trends into practical, actionable insights for cooperatives.

Participants gained a clearer understanding of the country’s economic direction, the impact of macroeconomic shifts on operations, and strategic approaches to strengthen resilience and sustainability.

More than forecasts and data, the session underscored the value of informed leadership—empowering cooperatives to move from reactive responses to strategic, future-ready decision-making.

A total of 𝟭𝟬𝟭 participants from 𝟯𝟭 cooperatives gathered at 𝗔𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗻 𝗛𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗦𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗲𝘀, Quezon City for a meaningful two-day executive learning experience through 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺: 𝗔 𝗥𝗼𝗮𝗱𝗺𝗮𝗽 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀, organized by 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗔𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 in collaboration with the 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿.

Designed as an executive training for cooperative directors and top management, the program went beyond traditional learning. Over two days, participants explored key areas such as governance principles, financial oversight, regulatory compliance, and board-level leadership—equipping them with both knowledge and practical insights to strengthen their roles within their cooperatives.
