Every academic year carries countless stories of dedication, service, creativity, and leadership. Behind every successful program, every initiative, and every community effort are individuals who choose to step forward; not because they seek recognition, but because they believe in the power of serving others.

On June 20, ๐ƒ๐ซ. ๐˜๐š๐ง๐ ๐šโ€™๐ฌ ๐‚๐จ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ž๐ ๐ž๐ฌ, ๐ˆ๐ง๐œ., through the College ๐’๐ฎ๐ฉ๐ซ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž ๐’๐ญ๐ฎ๐๐ž๐ง๐ญ ๐‚๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐œ๐ข๐ฅ (๐’๐’๐‚) in partnership with the ๐Ž๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐ข๐œ๐ž ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐’๐ญ๐ฎ๐๐ž๐ง๐ญ ๐€๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐š๐ข๐ซ๐ฌ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐’๐ž๐ซ๐ฏ๐ข๐œ๐ž๐ฌ (๐Ž๐’๐€๐’), celebrated these stories through the ๐‚๐ž๐ฅ๐ž๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐š ๐€๐ฐ๐š๐ซ๐๐ฌ ๐๐ข๐ ๐ก๐ญ ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ”โ€”a celebration honoring the brilliance, commitment, and impact of DYCIan student leaders, councils, and organizations across the institution.

Much like stars that illuminate the night sky, the awardees of Celestia represented the many forms of student excellence. Together, they reflected that leadership is not only about being recognized; it is about creating meaningful change that reaches beyond oneself.

Opening the ceremony, ๐Œ๐ซ. ๐Œ๐ข๐œ๐ก๐š๐ž๐ฅ ๐’. ๐˜๐š๐ง๐ ๐š, ๐Œ๐๐€, our ๐’๐œ๐ก๐จ๐จ๐ฅ ๐๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ž๐ง๐ญ, shared a message that placed recognition into deeper perspective. He emphasized that receiving an award represents an accomplishment, but it should also serve as a reminder to continue striving, remain grounded, and use oneโ€™s achievements as motivation to become an even greater contributor to the community.

The evening proceeded with the recognition of outstanding student organizations, clubs, projects, and leaders who embodied the values of excellence and service.

It became a reminder that every student leader, organization, and initiative contributes a light that helps shape the DYCI community.

As one chapter closes and another begins, Celestia leaves behind a message: excellence is not defined solely by the recognition we receive, but by the lives, communities, and futures we help illuminate.

Anchored on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions and 17: Partnerships for the Goals, Celestia reflects DYCIโ€™s continuing commitment to fostering responsible leadership, meaningful collaboration, and student-driven transformation.

The stars may shine individually, but together, they create a constellation.
And this night was a celebration of that constellation โ€” the DYCIan spirit.
