𝗚𝗦𝗢 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗜𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀

Earlier today, the Office of the General Services, led by our Director, 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐭. 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟. 𝐒𝐚𝐮𝐝𝐢 𝐒. 𝐀𝐤𝐦𝐚𝐝 held a regular meeting with our dedicated utility personnel. The main agenda focused on the comprehensive groundwork for the upcoming TRAC Commencement Exercises this June 11, 2026.

The utility personnel has officially mobilized for intensive site preparations, including the thorough cleaning of the gymnasium, alongside the construction and assembly of essential physical setups needed for the ceremony.

We are working diligently behind the scenes to ensure a clean, seamless, and memorable graduation day for our graduates and guests.

📢 DEADLINE EXTENSION NOTICE 📢

The Search Committee for the Private Sector Representatives (PSR) to the Tawi-Tawi Regional Agricultural College (TRAC) Board of Trustees informs all interested applicants that the deadline for submission of applications and documentary requirements has been EXTENDED until June 15, 2026 at 5:00PM.

Interested applicants are encouraged to complete and submit one (1) set of original hard copy and four (4) photocopies of the required documents on or before the extended deadline.

Qualified individuals from the industry, business, or professional sectors are encouraged to apply and take part in strengthening governance and development initiatives of the College.

📌 MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
✔ Must be a Filipino citizen and of legal age;
✔ Must be from an industry, business, or profession preferably related to Tawi-Tawi Regional Agricultural College’s (TRAC) charter or mandate;
✔ Must have at least five (5) years of employment, business, or practice of profession in the private sector;
✔ Must be domiciled in or a resident for at least two (2) years of the Municipality of Bongao or Province of Tawi-Tawi;
✔ Not connected with TRAC or other government agencies and instrumentalities in any manner, for one (1) year immediately prior to his or her nomination to the PSR position;
✔ Not currently employed or appointed to any position in the government (local, national, including government-owned and controlled corporations), be it full time or part time, at the time of nomination for the PSR positions;
✔ Not related to any member of the present Board or their duly-authorized representatives, within fourth civil degree of consanguinity or affinity; and
✔ Not have been a candidate who lost in any national or local election, except for barangay elections, within one (1) year after such election.

📄 DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS:
Interested applicants must submit:
• Formal Application Letter addressed to the CHED Commissioner In-Charge;
• Duly notarized application or nomination (with the conformity of the Nominee);
• Duly accomplished computerized and notarized Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212);
• Certificate of Employment or proof of practice/business;
• NBI Clearance; and
• Certifications and other supporting documents as required.
