MSU-TCTO University Cafeteria extends its sincere gratitude to the 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲, 𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗺 (𝗠𝗧𝗜𝗧) for inviting our institution to participate in the Training on 𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝟮𝟬𝟭𝟴, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 (𝗛𝗔𝗦), conducted on June 9–11, 2026.

We are proud that two members of our cafeteria staff, 𝗠𝘀. 𝗝𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗹𝗮 𝗣. 𝗦𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗻 and 𝗠𝗿. 𝗔𝗹𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗿𝘂𝗺 𝗛. 𝗠𝗼𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗱 𝗦𝗮𝗶𝗱 successfully attended this valuable training, strengthening our commitment to providing quality and Halal-compliant food services to the university community.

The University Cafeteria is also pleased to share that we are currently awaiting the release of our 𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, a significant milestone in our continuing efforts to uphold the highest standards of food quality, safety, and Halal compliance.

May this initiative further contribute to the continuous improvement of our food service operations and strengthen our commitment to serving the MSU-TCTO community with excellence.

“From Dorm to Forest: Planting Roots, Building Communities”

Last May 14, 2026, the Office of Food and Residential Services led by the Director, Ms. Marife A. Bentulan together with the Dorm Managers, Ms. Hannan Casnor, Ms. Rosemary Ulama, Mr. Reedzfhar Tungpalan, and Mr. Reynold Lee took the initiative. Students, staff, and partners came together at Bud Bongao for a meaningful tree planting activity that promoted environmental stewardship, unity, and community involvement. Through planting trees, we are not only nurturing nature but also strengthening the bonds within our community and creating a greener future for the next generations.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our Mother Dolphin Chancellor Mary Joyce Z. Guinto-Sali, to the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs, Assoc Prof. Alcyn R. Bakkang and to our valued partners and collaborators: the Tourism Office Bongao, MENRE, Marine Task Unit - Bongao, MSU TCTO - Office of the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs, Kawasa, Office of Medical and Wellness Services, and Supreme Student Council for their unwavering support and participation in making this activity successful.
