Please be advised that May 19, 2026 (Tuesday) is declared a special non-working holiday in Butuan City in celebration of the Balangay Festival, per Proclamation No. 1214, s. 2026.

In view of our current 4-day workweek, office operations and transactions will be from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including Friday.

𝗙𝗦𝗨𝗨 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘆 | 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟭𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

Please be advised that the office operations and work schedule for the week of May 11-15, 2026 (Monday-Friday) will revert to 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including Friday.

The University implements this temporary reversion to ensure that offices complete all preparations and requirements for the Graduation Ceremonies on May 15, 2026.

The University will resume the four-day workweek schedule the following week, with office operations from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Thursday only.
