Ang 𝐂𝐄𝐋𝐀 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥 ay taos-pusong nagbibigay-pugay sa mga bayaning Pilipino na nag-alay ng kanilang buhay, tapang, at sakripisyo para sa kalayaan ng ating bansa.
Sa paggunita ng Araw ng Kagitingan, inaalala natin ang kabayanihan ng mga sundalong lumaban tulad ng sa Bataan noong Ikalawang Digmaang Pandaigdig—mga tunay na simbolo ng katatagan, dangal, at pagmamahal sa bayan.

Ipinapaalala sa atin ng araw na ito na ang kagitingan ay hindi lamang alaala ng nakaraan, kundi pati na rin ngayong kasalukuyan ng bawat Pilipinong naninindigan para sa katotohanan, katarungan, at maayos na pamahalaan. Sa kabila ng mga hamon at katiwalian, nananatili ang pag-asa sa puso ng bawat mamamayan na 𝐦𝐚𝐲 𝐩𝐚𝐠-𝐚𝐬𝐚 𝐩𝐚 𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐬.🇵🇭

𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗧𝗧𝗘𝗗 | Reporma sa Pasada Public Hearing Concludes

Students, city officials, tricycle drivers, and other stakeholders gathered at Cabanatuan City Hall for the conclusion of the public hearing on the proposed Tricycle Fare Matrix under the Reporma sa Pasada initiative, March 31, 2026. The session marked the end of a series of discussions focused on addressing fare-related concerns and promoting a system that is fair and humane for both commuters and drivers.

Through multiple exchanges of questions, clarifications, and proposals from various sectors, the City Government was able to gather key insights from those directly affected by the issue. These inputs will guide officials in reviewing and finalizing a balanced fare matrix that considers the needs and welfare of the entire community, with the final form of the standardized fare matrix expected to be released within 2–4 weeks.

𝗝𝗨𝗦𝗧 𝗜𝗡: CELA-Student Council recognizes by YORP

The CELA Student Council has officially been recognized by the Youth Organization Registration Program (YORP), on March 18,2026, a significant milestone elevates the council’s role beyond the school community and into the national youth development landscape.

YORP is an initiative of the National Youth Commission (NYC) that registers youth and youth-serving organizations across the Philippines. Through this program, accredited organizations gain access to various opportunities, including leadership training, capacity-building programs, and participation in both local and international youth exchanges.

This accreditation enables the council to expand its initiatives and strengthen its mission of service—not only for fellow students but also for the broader community. As the council steps into this expanded role, it is expected to further develop projects that address both student concerns and community needs, embodying the spirit of leadership and service among today’s youth.

March 15 marks the last KOH "𝙆𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙤𝙣 𝙤𝙛 𝙃𝙤𝙥𝙚" for this academic year, and it was truly a day well spent! 🌟

The children gathered with bright smiles, their eyes filled with excitement and curiosity as they watched the inspiring story of "𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗶𝗴 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗚𝗶𝗮𝗻𝘁." 🎬✨ It was heartwarming to see their faces light up with joy and wonder, reminding us of the simple yet powerful magic of storytelling. 📖 May the laughter and memories stay with them long after the screen goes dark. These moments of togetherness are what make everything meaningful.

As we bid farewell to this year's KOH activity, our hearts are filled with gratitude for the opportunity to bring happiness to these children. 🫶 Watching them be glad in the movie and snacks highlighted the importance of enjoyment and kindness—values that we hope will continue to grow in their hearts. 🍿🍭

We look forward to more moments like these, where hope, laughter, and togetherness shine brightest, illuminating the path for a better future for these wonderful children.

𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒 | Tree Planting and Clean-Up Drive Activity in Dingalan, Aurora

The activity was assisted by the Barangay Officials and participated in by students from the 3rd-Year BSED–Science and AB Political Science programs of the CELA Department, together with Atty. Renato Hurtado, Sir Harmon Jay Jose, and Ma’am Grace Nuñez.

The activity aimed to promote environmental awareness, sustainability, and community engagement among the students. Through tree planting and clean-up drives, the participants contributed to the preservation of the environment while strengthening their sense of responsibility toward nature and the community.
