Please be informed that the school has been closed 4 years ago. If you wish to retrieve your TORs you may see the Tesda office Region X if you have no more obligations with the Admin.
For those who have plans to file for credentialing for CAV and DFA purposes, we do not process the past batches of 2012 and backwards.
Tesda will no longer accept processing of documents.

Please be informed that graduates of PPTS Cagayan de Oro City that belongs to the 2012 and previous years, cannot anymore file for their NCLEX under Board of Nursing California, New Mexico and Texas. We no longer facilitate the examinations for LPN and ASN due to the current policies as required by each states. If you intend to pursue the examinations by outside states , kindly check their links and websites first. *( For those who are interested to apply for the examination through Endorsement by the state of your present license) .
For those who are still here in the country, you may start applying for the NCLEX but this has to be filed until 2018 only. The admin cannot guarantee the approval of your applications due to the constant changing of their requirements and policies.
