Xavier University - Governance and Leadership Institute Capability Building Institute on Governance and Leadership We offer a menu of training and seminars on good governance for social change.

GLI is a unit of the Research and Social Outreach of Xavier University that was created to help build public sector capacity. Since it was established in 2007, it has been helping the national government and the local government units of Northern Mindanao in capacity building. With its pool of experts within the university and outside, it offers demand driven consultancy services for local leaders

in any part of our region. It also continues to establish strong partnership with government agencies like the DILG as well as with non-government organizations. In addition, our office conducts relevant researches that would aid better legislation. GLI SERVICES
