Leadership goes beyond holding a position—it is about building connections, engaging with purpose, and inspiring others through meaningful service.

From 𝙊𝙘𝙩𝙤𝙗𝙚𝙧 27–29, 2026, the delegates of the 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (USSG) – 𝗖𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗮 Campus participated in the Student Leadership W.A.V.E. Training 2026, held at the University of Rizal System – Tanay Campus. Guided by this year’s theme, "𝗧𝗼 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁, 𝗧𝗼 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲, 𝗧𝗼 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱,"the training provided an opportunity for student leaders to strengthen their leadership perspectives, foster collaboration, and renew their commitment to serving the student body.

Together with the USSG adviser, 𝘿𝙧. 𝙈𝙖𝙧𝙟𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙚 𝘿𝙚𝙡𝙖 𝙁𝙪𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙚-𝙎𝙖𝙣 𝙅𝙪𝙖𝙣, the delegates took part in this meaningful leadership experience, bringing home valuable insights and inspiration to become more responsive, responsible, and service-oriented student leaders.

Help shape the future of student governance! The University of Rizal System - Cainta Commission on Student Elections (𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗦𝗘𝗟𝗘𝗖) is officially searching for dedicated Commissioners and Members for the upcoming 𝗨𝗦𝗦𝗚 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 (𝗦.𝗬. 2027–2028)!

If you want to be a vital part of shaping a fair and orderly student government election, this is your chance to step up!

Who are we looking for?
• 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗜𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗘𝗥𝗦: 1 representative from 𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 academic program (BTLED, BSED, BEED, BSIT, and BIT-AT; preferably 3rd-year students).
• 𝗠𝗘𝗠𝗕𝗘𝗥𝗦: 2 representatives from 𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 (including 1 First-Year and 1 Second-Year representative).

📌Basic Qualifications:
• Must be an officially enrolled student of URS Cainta Campus.
• Must demonstrate integrity, fairness, responsibility, and impartiality.
• Must be willing to work collaboratively with fellow COMSELEC officers.
• Must be available for meetings, preparations, and election-related activities.
• Must be committed to maintaining confidentiality and following official election rules.

📢 𝗢𝗙𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗜𝗔𝗟 𝗔𝗡𝗡𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧

The 𝗪𝗢𝗡𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗦: 𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗛𝗜𝗣 𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗜𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 has been rescheduled to November 12–13, 2026, from its original dates of October 22–23, 2026.

This decision was made to allow more time to complete the necessary documents, secure parental consent, address financial preparations, and improve coordination among the organizing team and participating organizations.

We acknowledge our shortcomings in commitment and communication throughout the planning process, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this change may cause. We appreciate everyone's patience, understanding, and continued support as we work toward a more organized and meaningful leadership training.

To our fellow Giants,
Please be informed that the "WONDERS" Leadership Training, originally scheduled for October 22–23, 2026, 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗽𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗹 𝗳𝘂𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲.
This decision was made due to the 𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗻𝗲𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗱𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁. Furthermore, we acknowledge the concerns raised regarding our financial preparations, as well as our shortcomings in commitment and communication throughout the planning process.

Sa 𝐛𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐭 𝐋𝐮𝐧𝐞𝐬, muling nagkakaisa ang pamayanan ng 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐑𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦-𝐂𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐚 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐬 upang bigyang-pugay ang watawat ng Pilipinas at sariwain ang diwa ng pagmamahal sa bayan. Sa pamamagitan ng pag-awit ng 𝐏𝐚𝐦𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐰𝐢𝐭, pagbigkas ng 𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐧 at 𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐧𝐮𝐦𝐩𝐚 𝐬𝐚 𝐖𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐭 𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐬, gayundin ng 𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐧𝐮𝐦𝐩𝐚 𝐧𝐠 𝐋𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐤𝐨𝐝-𝐁𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐧, pinagtitibay natin ang ating pananagutan na maging mga mamamayang may dangal, disiplina, at malasakit sa kapwa.

Kasabay nito, ang pag-awit ng 𝐇𝐢𝐦𝐧𝐨 𝐧𝐠 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐑𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 ay nagsisilbing sagisag ng ating pagkakaisa at pagmamalaki bilang bahagi ng isang institusyong naglalayong humubog ng mga indibidwal na may kakayahan at paninindigan. Higit pa rito, ang pagsasabuhay sa mga 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐬 ng ating unibersidad ay nagpapaalala sa atin na ang tunay na edukasyon ay hindi lamang nasusukat sa kaalaman, kundi pati sa mga pagpapahalagang ating isinasagawa sa araw-araw.

📌 Bilang gabay sa maayos at makabuluhang pagsasagawa ng seremonya, narito ang mga himno, panunumpa, at iba pang mahahalagang bahagi ng ating 𝐟𝐥𝐚𝐠-𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲. Nawa'y magsilbi ang mga ito bilang paalala na ang bawat salitang ating binibigkas at bawat awiting ating inaawit ay sumasalamin sa ating pagkakakilanlan, pagkakaisa, at paninindigan.
